Stop relying on easily lost keys. We design and install custom electronic access systems, ranging from simple keypad entry to advanced biometric and smart card readers, ensuring only authorized personnel enter your sensitive areas.
Scalable Multi-Site Management
Whether you are securing a single office or a complex multi-site organisation, our networked systems grow with you. Manage permissions across your entire estate from one centralized platform with real-time audit trails and user tracking.
Seamless Cloud-Based Integration
Modernise your security with cloud-managed access control. Our systems integrate effortlessly with your existing CCTV and intruder alarms, allowing you to grant access, revoke credentials, and monitor entry points remotely via any mobile device.
Enhanced Compliance& Safety
Ensure your premises meet all fire safety and UK data protection regulations. Our systems are designed with emergency fail-safes and automated roll-call reports, protecting your staff during evacuations while maintaining a secure digital record.
Strategic Access Management
For the majority of organisations, restricting & controlling access to your premises is now more important than ever.
Electronic access control / intercom systems are a proven method to limit access in a safe and appropriate way and can provide a clear audit trail and roll call facilities.
Whether it’s a single door, multiple doors over multiple sites, barriers or automated gates, access & egress can be controlled via swipe cards, proximity cards, numerical keypads, biometric devices, and mobile apps.
Vehicular access can be granted by long range proximity readers, radio-controlled devices, or ANPR [Automatic Number plate recognition] CCTV cameras.
Most access control systems can be integrated with third party equipment and careful consideration is taken to ensure that systems are not designed in breach of DDA / equality act regulations.
Lone Worker Risk Mitigation
- Documented Accountability
Every visit is logged via our digital patrol system, providing an electronic audit trail that proves your site was secured at the exact time required by your insurance policy.
- Health & Safety Compliance
You eliminate the risks associated with Lone Working. Your staff no longer have to be the first in or last out in the dark, reducing the risk of accidents or confrontations.
- Rapid Incident Management
If an officer discovers a leak, a fire hazard, or a break-in during the lock-up sweep, they are trained to deal with the emergency immediately, potentially saving you thousands in property damage.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have questions? We have the answers! Explore our frequently asked questions (FAQ) and find clear and concise answers to the things we get asked the most about.
1. What exactly does a "Lock Up and Unlock" service include?
Beyond just turning a key, this service is a comprehensive security sweep. When unlocking, our officers disarm alarms and ensure the building is safe for staff entry. During a lock-up, we perform a full internal walkthrough to ensure all windows are closed, non-essential lights/taps are off, fire exits are clear, and no unauthorized persons are left on-site before arming the alarm.
2. How does this improve the safety of my employees?
It eliminates the risk associated with Lone Working. Opening or closing a business, often in the dark, can make staff vulnerable to “tiger kidnapping” or opportunistic crime. By using professional security, you fulfil your duty of care by ensuring no employee is ever the first or last person at a potentially isolated site.
3. What happens if the officer cannot secure the building?
If a door lock is broken, a window won’t close, or the alarm system fails, our officer will not leave your premises unprotected. They will immediately contact your emergency lead and remain on-site to provide a physical security presence until the building is made secure or a repair team arrives.
4. Do I have to provide keys to every individual officer?
No. Most clients use a secure Keyholding system. Your keys are held in a secure, encrypted safe at our central hub or within a tracked mobile unit. They are only released to the attending officer for their scheduled shift, creating a clear digital audit trail of who had access to your building and when.
5. Can the service times be flexible?
Absolutely. We recognize that business needs change. Whether you have an early morning delivery, a late-night inventory count, or a one-off weekend event, our schedules can be adjusted. You simply notify our control room of the time change, and we ensure an officer is there to meet the new requirement.
